Last night before I did my P90X workout I asked my husband if I could borrow his heart rate monitor watch. I wasn’t sure if I would like knowing if I was in the target heart rate or if I would be addicted to checking it every 2 seconds (like him). Well, even though I don’t like to admit it, I was just like him and was checking my heart rate the whole time! I am not easily motivated by much, but last night I was motivated to keep my heart in that target range and was so excited to see the calories I was burning. I am now in search of the most perfect heart rate monitor and can’t seem to decide. I need to make a quick desicion because I don’t think I can wait too long. I love to see those calories being burnt and my heart getting healthier and healthier every day.
