A new beginning

Tomorrow starts anew. After a week of no workouts and some pretty crappy eating. I’m starting over.                               

Here is what I will do:
I will use heavier weights and workout 5 days a week.
I will get on the treadmill at least 2 days a week and increase my speed.
I will run my next 5k in 30 minutes or less, and the next one even faster.
I will blog more often, at least once a week.

Here is what I will not do:
I will not cave to temptation and eat jelly beans and Reese’s peanut butter cups at work!
I will not eat fast food simply because it’s convenient.
I will not get down on myself if I have a bad day.

Pretty simple if you ask me, after all it is almost tank top and swim suit season!

  1. Your goals look great! Good luck this week! Just don’t make everything you want to accomplish a chore or else you’ll lose passion. You can do it!

    • Thanks Melissa! I fell off the wagon last week, but jumped back on today! No peanut butter cups or jelly beans allll day!! And a good workout this morning! Now I just need to get back on the treadmill, Uggh I HATE THAT THING!
