Tomorrow starts anew. After a week of no workouts and some pretty crappy eating. I’m starting over.
Here is what I will do:
I will use heavier weights and workout 5 days a week.
I will get on the treadmill at least 2 days a week and increase my speed.
I will run my next 5k in 30 minutes or less, and the next one even faster.
I will blog more often, at least once a week.
Here is what I will not do:
I will not cave to temptation and eat jelly beans and Reese’s peanut butter cups at work!
I will not eat fast food simply because it’s convenient.
I will not get down on myself if I have a bad day.
Pretty simple if you ask me, after all it is almost tank top and swim suit season!
