So far, so good

Woo hoo! I fulfilled the majority of my goals this week.
Worked out every morning and increased my weights from 5 to 8 pounds on most of the strength exercises!


Only got on the treadmill for a 2 mile run once, but I did increase my speed, and took two almost 6 mile walks this week with my good friend Carrie, and my big moose!


Biggest downfall was the eating. Sorry, I love to eat. Only had a couple cookies at work throughout the week and only 2 Jolly Ranchers! Ate a ton of pasta at our pot luck and enjoyed a night out with some good friends I haven’t seen in years.
Overall, I’m pretty happy with my accomplishments and will continue to work on my goals!
