A few new things….

After a long weekend of traveling (yay! My boy is home!) and not-so-hot eating, I started my Monday off with a little bit o’ Jillian!

Stuck to the10 pound kettlebell because I wasn’t sure what I was in for, and I’ll be sticking with that for this week! Awesome sweat fest workout!

Followed by a new cereal for breakfast

Not as “grape nutty”as I’d hoped,but pretty tasty none the less.

And a new soup for lunch. I have to say, Progresso light totally impressed me. I went to lunch expecting a bland soup and was pleasantly surprised! Nice work, Progresso!
Hoped to get a run in after work, but got the hairs did instead (pic tomorrow, if you’re lucky)! Since it’s raining now and I refuse to hit the treadmill tonight, looks like I’ll watch Michigan kick some Louisville butt!!

    Probably from all that MSG. How ya liking the Jillian? My wife loves her workouts; she has the 90 day series/program. (I don’t remember the name at the moment)
