Just thought I’d pop in and give y’all (Texas relatives…what can I say?) a quick hump day update!
I’ve been hosting a 30 day challenge with a Facebook group, we are on day 23 ( I think….), and it’s going GREAT! I’ve been drinking Shakeology® and exercising every weekday and occasionally on Sundays. I rarely weigh myself, but did at the start of the challenge and figured I should check in today. Happy dance! I’m not only down 2 pounds, but I’m down 2% body fat, too!
I LOVE THIS STUFF!! I have a ton more energy, less cravings (no candy or junk at all for 23 days!), eat breakfast everyday now, weight loss…yeah, Y’all need to contact me for info! Or leave me a comment with your contact info and I’ll get back to you!
Workouts this week:
Monday: Week 4 of Ripped in 30
1/2 mile swim
4:30 plank
Tuesday:
1mile swim
Wednesday: 4 mile run (3 under 30 yay me!)
1/2 mile swim
still hoping to plank before bed!
Tonight, I bought my own swim cap (and new suit!), so I could give my mother in law her blue flowered beauty back. She’s 86 🙂 I think I made the right decision.
So far, so good!
My next 30 day challenge is starting up mid August! We’ve had a bunch of fun and are getting great results with this one, you should consider jumping in on the next!
