Day 3 of marathon training, I’m sure you wanna hear all about it!
Today’s run was a scheduled 5 miles, and let me tell you, it was not pretty.
Why is it that I can run an entire half marathon and not walk once, yet sometimes I can’t run 2 miles without walking a gazillion times? I may never know.
What I do know is I have decided, while enduring marathon training, I WILL NOT focus on how fast/slow I’m going or how many times I walk. I WILL focus on logging miles and finishing my run!
That, and ordering some more Cocogo! I came home a sweaty, thirsty mess only to find out I only had one pack left!
