Did you run today?

Happy National Running Day!


Marathon training is still going strong! I’ve had to adapt the schedule around my work schedule, but it’s been pretty great so far!

Here’s a little synopsis of the last week and a half:

Monday: 3 mile run
Tuesday: cross training: 5 mile bike ride 🚵1 mile run with the pup 🐕
Wednesday: 5 mile run
Thursday: 5 mile run
Friday: REST! 2 mile doggy walk
Saturday: 3.25 dreadmill miles
Sunday: cross training: 21 Day Fix Pilates Fix

Monday: 8 mile long run
Tuesday: 5 mile run
Wednesday (today): 5.4 mile run and 1,000 steps climbed
Thursday: planned 3 miles
Friday: planned 9 miles
Saturday: REST 🙂 I’m sure I’ll walk the mutt
Sunday: planning cross training with 21 Day Fix

Speaking of mutts..

Our little girl got spayed on Tuesday. She’s now under vet orders to remain calm and quiet for 14 days. I’ll give you one guess how that’s working out?!
